Depends on what you are using as a benchmark A baseball player with a 30% (300) batting average could command the highest salary in his profession. A movie star who had a 30% hit record at the box office could do the same. A guy who "scored" with 30% of the girls he hit on would be a Don Juan. An Astrologer who is right(or even close) 30% of the time would have a line waiting to see them.
