Being the "friend across the pond" it's good to see you again and although I've only been in this group for a short time, the answer to your question is yes, it is okay to post a draft.

As I understand it, this is exactly what the writers group was set up to do.

If you want solid, thought provoking critique, check out Tier II. That's where the 'professionals' live. I only put it in quotes because I don't really know if that is their profession, but by practice and design, the critiques that you recieve there will be the most unbiased, objective, and brutal you will obtain anywhere (or as KenWritez so elegantly states it "he cuts with kindness.") perm: I only know that as a reader, reading anything longer than 2-3 type-written pages on screen will leave me glassy-eyed and fuzzy-headed. As a hard copy, script in my lap can be as long as it likes. Funny, isn't it?

Don't be shy, though, if what you've written is still in progress. Readers can tell you what it is they like about parts of it, or what they find confusing, or redundant or cliche,or humorous, without disrespect. It's all about working together, and suggesting changes. I've gotten a lot of help from here.

So please contribute.

Okay, so the general thrust is - check out tier or offer it up as at attachment so folks can print it, if they choose. How does one attach things in here?

I'm lost...can't find a group called "tier 2"....
