OK, mark your calendars for this Friday, May 30th. The first writing exercise will begin. Be prepared for some fun and opportunities to test your writing mettle.
This modest affair will be open to all members of The Writing Group (TWG). The more the merrier, so all who've been here for a while and those of you new to the group, get your keyboards ready.
Want to know what to expect? It will not be a major event. It will be short, sweet, to the point, but open for all to interpret as they see fit. It will be done by Sunday, June 1st, or sooner, depending on how each writer approaches it. It will not involve lengthy posts, but they will be fresh, new for this event. No canned prose wanted or desired, thanks!
No winners or losers in this one, just good old fashioned kudos and comments from fellow TWG members. Plus the experience of sharing your creative thoughts and words for all of us to see and read in a respectful community environment; a chance to learn and grow by doing.
With any luck, we can keep it as a regular exercise, but like the What is This Thing Called Evil? event, feedback will be requested afterwards to find out how you thought it went.
