Thanks for hosting. Not much to comment on: I thought it went very well. The prompts were "projective" enough to allow a lot of interpretation. I also liked that one was a general topic: shoes, and the other was a specific prompt: "What's that smell?"

I do think a good addition would be for writers to indicate if they desire critical feedback or not. I think some write for the emotive release and others to hone craft.

I would be happy to host in the future, if the group is so inclined.

I agree with both statements above:

permission to comment and willingness to host.

LOVED IT! Hated working in this new format. The old format worked better for such since the comments were associated to the piece rather than listed by time submitted. Ah, well, we got what we got.

I agree with everyone else - give a term at the top if you accept critique, another if you don't.

I loved it.

It started Friday so we had the weekend to write.

I want to state form now but if I have I will do it when I post. Any critique is welcomed. If I make a mistake I would like to know it, not to repeat it.

Lost - there is nothing to criticize. I think it went well, with lots of new people, no shyness, and lots of interesting stuff to read.

These prompts are just plain fun for their own sakes, so if you don't want contructive comments just say so. Myself, I don't mind a little brief or general this or that, but I do it for fun, so don't get too caught up.

I think it was a weekend well spent.

I echo the sentiments of the others. I appreciate the time and effort put forth to offer this type of exercise...many kudos to you!

It was fun to participate and entertaining to read. I, myself, don't mind any critique offered, but others may, so a disclaimer is probably advisable.
