Well, okay, I'll add an adventure. I'm off to a job interview this afternoon! The freelance ad biz has been dead, dead, dead, and this job op popped up on Monday. It's at a huge, financial mega-corporation that uses in-house creatives to write and design their stuff. I could do the job with my eyes closed, but . . .

I'll let y'all know if they boot me out the door!

I believe those are noodles, flotation devices kids use in pools. We use them in our karate studio, too, for the kids to jump over.

Thanks for the good wishes re: the job op. Just got back from the interview and I gotta say the woman looooooved me. I'd been concerned about the age thang (advertising is notoriously young-young-young) but the position requires experience and strategic abilities, so . . . .

I'll let you know after the second interview, which should be coming up soonish.
