Just a reminder for us to remember grammar check and spell check programs have their limits. We know what we want our words to say, but the programs take what we type at face value. Right? Write! You no what I mean.
It happens to me now and then and to just about every writer at some time. Like, "no" is negative, and "know" is positive and somewhere between the brain and fingers a shortcircuit develops and "know" gets typed as "no.". And the sentence doesn't make sense.
Usually, we get it right when we edit. But, that may not be the case if we put too much trust in the writing software. When all is said and done, nothing beats our eyes when it comes to final editing.
