Fun and adventurous? Teach sky diving? Join the police force and work the late shift in South Beach?

The way you write, I have a feeling that you can make everything you touch fun and adventurous.

I always lived on the edge and loved it way out there, so, much of my work involved a degree of danger. Even as I got too old to fight or run, I would put myself in situations that required me to walk a verbal tightrope in order to keep my nose centered on my face.

When I get too old to do it, or teach it, I will write about it instead.

Sounds like it might help to consult a career counselor. Our ideas about what you might do don't matter. What matters is YOUR sense of who you are, where you've been, and where you hope to go. I think you might benefit from some professional counseling.

My wife has been a Hygienist for 30 years. She loves it because she's in high demand and can set her own hours.

You might check with local colleges about the course work and cost to get your degree in that field.

Yes, I have heard good things about hygienist. I have started checking out some of the colleges here in Atlanta to see who has the better curriculum.
