Welcome, Im Gail and I am Director of Marketing for a home health agency. I have been in health care field much of my life, 6 years in sales/Marketing. I do quite well. To be honest with you I have never really been trained or have gone to any seminars, and I sure could us any tips you can give me. The owner of the company is sending all the wrong people, they dont know what they are doing, and they dont care but who is going to pass a couple of days out of the office up. I have asked to go but they tell me that I dont need the training. Love to hear what you have to say.
