I study the Hebrew combinations of the 72 names in Kabbalah for over ten years though the language of Hebrew is not grasped by me. IN meditation upon the letters, there is a promise of internal and cellular activation of the sparks of life. Along with the guided newsletters I receive from the Kabbalah center in Los Angeles, and the study from their books, I have moved mountains of the soul. In my profile, I try to update with a link to my Yahoo blog and the verbatim copy/paste of that week's meditation.
