2Ti 3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
2Ti 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
2Ti 3:6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
2Ti 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
This is part 2 of the study of 2Timothy 3. The Apostle Paul, warns Timothy that during the time of the end, evil will grew worse as it continues to the Rapture and Second Coming of Christ.
Traitors, or being treacherous. People who cannot be trusted. We read all the time about those who sell out thier friends, or their countries.
Heady, or rash. People who take things to extreams, or as they say."... their logical conclusions".
High minded, or concieted. Do i really need to explain this one; and lovers of pleasure instead of lovers of God. This last one includes most of humanity today.
Inclosing, I'd like to say that our Lord Jesus was tempted by The Pharisees also with the Sadducees to shew them a sign of heaven, Jesus responed in Matthew 16:3 he says,"And in the morning, [It will be] foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O [ye] hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not [discern] the signs of the times?"
Jesus gave us clear signs about the end times, they are for the believer to know and keep watch so that we may lead our fellow man to the saving knowledge of Jesus.
Tell others about Jesus's blood, a remedy for our sins.
