Well, you could give me that stack of hundreds in the picture so I could take a long vacation. My business in real estate is the kind I can turn over to a manager if I were so inclined!

Basically, I have the type of businesses - I also have a small clinical practice - that have no need for referrals. To rent, I use Craig's List and it has never taken me more than a day to fill the units. Right now, I have two year leases - I locked in the price for the security for them and me.

My practice is as a skilled therapist and my reputation gets me far more clients than I will see at this stage of my life. Imagine saying no to someone who wants to hand you $200 an hour for sitting and chatting - at your own home, yet!
