Can anybody in this group make 20 minute meals? I would love some recipes from this group! I cook for 2, but he's looking for something easier! Thanks sfco@ptd.net

Sure! Here are some quick ideas:
Tandoori chicken - put as many pieces as you want in a ziplock with yogurt (plain regular) along with some garam masala - mush it around and pan fry or grill..that is, after you take it out of the ziplock, lol. Asparagus steamed, salad and microwaved red potatoes go great with this.
Salmon steaks with butter and white wine - sautee slowly, have with french baguette, white wine, steamed swiss chard with lemon.
One tri tip steak grilled or pan fried or broiled, with salsa, corn on the cob and heated baked beans from a can. Yum.
Salad dinner - butter lettuce, mandarin orange slices (canned), sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, goat cheese, walnuts or almonds, (if you want meat, chicken pieces or sliced ham or turkey - make sure they are not packaged = use your cooked pieces or Whole Foods brand without additives)... smother it with balsamic vinegar and oil with garlic powder and herbs dressing. Serve with Norwegian high fiber crackers.
Omelet with two-three eggs, REAL sour cream, herbs, chopped asparagus (saute the asparagus before you cook up the eggs), green onions, salt and pepper. This is literally a two minute meal!
If you need more details let me know!

There are three sauces two made with rue and one with corn starch. They R the white ,brown and the fruit ; master these three and you have mastered the twenty minute meal.
