Here's a very easy recipe I just tried - I'm a lazy cook. It's healthy and vegetarian - sorry.
Slice veggies of your choosing (I used broccoli in a bag), add cubed tofu (I bet you could substitute fish or thinly sliced chicken or beef) and toss in your favorite salad dressing or sauce. Just make sure the sauce has a little oil so the food stays moist.
Roast by popping under the broiler for about 10 minutes.
No guilt and little clean up.
