I created BBW and their admirers NOT out of desperation but out of aggravation!

And even some degrading words, which I wont bother elaborating on!

I am glad you think of BBW as truly beautiful and most of us know we are as well, but you can't ask someone who has been put down, knocked, hashed, cursed or whatever they may have been though, to be like: oh yeah Im gorgeous, im beautiful, im sexy, or I am loved. When that someone may have had to go through these things or even worst!

It will take some time to come to realize that they are Truly Beautiful Inside and Out and it sometimes takes a lot of reassurance of that fact for us to feel comfortable with our Love interest...

I f you are with ANY woman that is REALLY down on herself, instead of GIVING UP on her, help her, maybe even suggest counseling to help her discover or rediscover her beauty...!!!

I helped my ex for 16 years. I convinced her to buy some lingerie (because anything I bought was degrading), sure was pretty on the hanger. She told me one day that she wore it the night before...

Finally got her into therapy, where she 'got on her mountain' (no idea how many times I heard that and still don't know what it means). Then she left me because I wasn't good enough.

There are lots of us out there. They love the woman - period. Whether you're a BBW or skinny it's YOU that turns men on. Have the personality and the confidence and you're all set. I know it's easier said than done but it's true. The sexiest women I've met were BBW not thin women. The three of you that have posted here look great and hot. You have confident looks in your eyes. I agree to a certain extent with you HipGnosis, we don't speak it enough. I have found myself on the same sites you've spoken of and in that "desperate" position. I was mostly out of loneliness though. Not so much a "mandatory need" but a really heartfelt "desire" to connect with people.

I must say though, if you "adore" someone, then you "adore" them. It isn't something that should ever make one feel awkward unless it's not a heartfelt feeling.

Even on specialized dating sites, there is still a lot of rejection out there. I got the "Goldilocks syndrome" from being too tall, too smart, too confident, not willing to do long distance.. the rejection was very rough. I could go on ad nauseum......but you get the idea here.

There are predators that frequent these sites looking for a woman who seems desperate for a relationship who will put up with an inordinate amount of degradation just to "have someone." These cretins, male and female, are on any sort of dating site, play mind games to encourage the naive woman or man to slide into bed with them, do the webcam thing, have phone sex, all within the space of a couple of minutes of chatting. Too cheap to hire a hooker? Makes you wonder.

I have met some incredible people from those sites and have made friends with them IRL. Sadly, no one special, though.

It's wonderful to meet men who truly love a woman for being a woman, not some anorexic stick that society believes is the epitome of beauty.... It takes a special man to love larger ladies.
