I cried a lot today, for myself and for

my soul

Wondering if there's any hope left to help

clear this pain filled hole

I felt all alone, lonely, out of reach

out of touch

Had not expected it to hit me so

hard or affect me so much

The pain today came washing over me

different yet the same

I just could not reach myself today

and I'm the only one to blame
