That's true - you needed to be more specific. Instead of saying "break" you should have said vacation - I'd like to see how the master of the universe could misinterpret that?
Marge, if you had leaned to the left, maybe you wouldn't have gotten the break! It is an election year and sometimes God does get involved in our choices ... without telling us how or why. YOu know that old story that asks: How do you make God laugh? Tell Him that you have a plan!
Speaking of stories, did you hear the one about the elk who found a pretty woman wandering in the woods and asked her, "Are you game?"

These days when I talk to God,I am very specific for what I ask for..lesson learned.
I have a younger friend who was always whining about his lack of sexual contact....then he met the gay biker gang....he was pretty quiet while he stood there for several months.
Same thing I have been saying all year....be careful what you wish for.....in my case due to health I wanted to get off the workforce and earn online...well this yr I broke my left wrist then had heart surgery 2 months later....maybe there is something in this ' Vision board'....at this stage of my life, I have an 'open mind' and am exploring various directions....also helps keep the mind active and alert..:)
