Rather than unite as one, I suspect the best we can expect will be for a second civil war to break out, down deep south. And that both movements will disappear when everyone is done in by the conflict.

Have you read up on the esoteric topics of the predestination think tank and the free will think tank, how they differ- If one understnads the topic then the clarity in twelve monkeys on the subject will be evident and refreshing in its simplicity.

Inorder to grock the subject better there is another astrology column called "Freewill Astrology" that is written by a man who grew up xian to a degree, and understands the debate between the two to be a very subtle cleaver diest/athiest maybe but make his puns stick comfortably.

Acording to what they believe, they start out with faith, and try to weed out bad reasoning from there.

Is it not true that being a Baptist or a Pentecostal means the absence of logic.

That is a very judgemental view point.

We are a logical species.

We have many theories running in our attempts to discover how and why.

Its when we "throw the baby out with the bath water" that we slip into ad hoc reasoning. and ad hoc reasoning from a baptist, a pentacostal, an athiest, or other is illogical.

Baptists believe that the order of the universe was set from its start, and that there is nothing that can be done to change it.

Pentacostals, believe that we as individuals can change the out come based on our personal choices.

In a School of athens Plato vs Aristotle sort of way.

While Pentacostals are more Particularists.
