I knew you would start one just for me...I napped several times today

and I will sleep like a baby tonight!

I tried to take a nap but my toothache prevented me from resting my head on the pillow.

Why of course! It is Sunday! I did not nap in my nappies though! ;)

Sometimes I take a 20-30 minute nap in the afternoon and I feel refreshed afterwards! If is's good for a four year old, it's good for me!

I feel like I'm doing something wrong when I take a nap during the day. I must have some kind of guilt issue.

You probably won't believe me because I'm REALLY not very serious much of the times. But it's been years, many years since I've napped. Not since my kids were very small i guess. it's mental, i know, because it's silly. but my mind won't ease and relax enough during the day for me to do this. maybe i should start trying since it seems to be a wonderful thing. 20 minutes is what i've heard all you need to feel very rested. is there a diagnosis for my condition? napnea? anapea?
