excerpt
from the Hazelden Book, 'THE COLOR of LIGHT', 1988: October 16 entry,
'I will examine my judgements and beliefs, not just my blood. I will examine my feelings and my life history. I will allow my entire self, in all its many aspects, to stand in the light and be healed.'
This book is probably out-of-print or very modified from the entries it covered for living with AIDS in 1988. But it seems to pop out from the book shelf every so often and is always significant. We are blood and bone, tissue and molecules, cells and bacteria. Skin and light.
Irony, that my brothers in this time are ex-cons, addicts, rent boys, schizophrenics, and malcontents. I include myself in there somewhere. Paranoid most of my life, and manning a course to collide with my interior space, and here I find another spark and then another to provide.
So GOOD NIGHT folks and sleep well. Autumn is here and this week's kabbalah meditation is 'BUILDING BRIDGES' and the upcoming month of SCORPIO is 'LONG RANGE VISION'.
