My day does not start without a daily dose of God's word. I have a routine, creature of habit that I am, that starts my day with my Bible, a cup of tea or coffee, and a morning visit with God. Life is filled with stressful situations that seem to present ways to rob us of the joy promised by God in His word. I need to begin my day with a way to indwell my soul with the Holy Spirit to battle the potential robber(s) of God's joy for me

I do a men's bible study once a week. Then on an as-needed basis when I need to find God's solution to my problems.

How about "how often do we apply our Bible"

I can read it all day, it's the applying it that I keep tripping up on. Same thing Paul had troubles with.

The way I read my bible is by closing it and with eyes close I open it and then I read it, most often I come across for the events that will happen that day,I do this 3-4 times a day.. And I read other books about our Lady,, which by the way our Lord has given me the mission of buying books and giving them away to people who dont have the means to buy them..I bought some 30 books , of the precious blood of Jesus, Then I took them to church and ask God that he would be the one to tell me who needed one! He took me to this lady who had problems with her children and I gave her the book,she was supprise, she ask me how did you know I needed this book?I said God knew so he send you this book., she wanted to pay for the book, but I said no,, you can buy another and give it on to someone else..God will tell you who needs it.... That is my mission that God has given me..
