I will add something from my reading. We are told the the end will be like the days of Noah, so with that in mind we see in Genesis that the wicked are the ones taken out and Noah is 'left behind' so maybe we should rethink what we are beig told by mainstream Christianity. YHWH's Word has so many things to reveal and no matter how many times we read or reread it something new is always there. I believe that is why YHWH told us TO medidtate upn His Word so much and to talk of it when we get up, walk on the way, sit down, etc. We are to live it out each and every day and savor it.

I totally agree with you. In a bible class I once attended a very lovely Christian lady challenged us, as those who have young children, by saying - how many times are we, the parents, doing something important (sic) and are having our children watching TV in some other room so that we can accomplish all of these tasks.

I am very convicted about spending so much time accomplishing tasks when my children were young instead of talking to them about the commands of our Lord Jesus Christ and what attitude we ought to have in relationship to unbelievers.

Thank you for reminding me of this.

BTW, thankfully my children have overlooked my faults and are true believers on Jesus Christ - more by the grace of God than my bad management.

Speaking of a bible class, how about a class or discussion called Healing school? Seems like there oughta be somebody or a group of somebodys who discuss how to receive healing. Did not the God of Abraham and Jesus provide a way? I cite below Proverbs 4:20-23 and note particularly verse 22 meaning in other words, for they are health and medicine to all our flesh. The word of God, the sayings of God are health and they are medicine to all of our flesh. Maybe on some days we need to double up on our medicine, and go to healing school. Just a suggestion. What do you think?

Proverbs 4:20My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.

21Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.

22For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.

23Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

One line of study, possibly, is by way of John 10:34-36:

34Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?

35If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

36Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

Turning to Psalm 82.6: I have said Ye are gods ...

And then Exodus Exodus 7:1-2

And the LORD said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet.

Thou shalt speak all that I command thee: and Aaron thy brother shall speak unto Pharaoh, that he send the children of Israel out of his land.

Exodus 7:1-2 And the LORD said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet. Thou shalt speak all that I command thee: and Aaron thy brother shall speak unto Pharaoh, that he send the children of Israel out of his land.

And Exodus Exodus 4:15-16

And thou shalt speak unto him, and put words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do.

And he shall be thy spokesman unto the people: and he shall be, even he shall be to thee instead of a mouth, and thou shalt be to him instead of God.

Exodus 4:15-16 And thou shalt speak unto him, and put words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do. And he shall be thy spokesman unto the people: and he shall be, even he shall be to thee instead of a mouth, and thou shalt be to him instead of God.

In other words, "I have said Ye are gods" in Psalm 82.6 may refer as Jesus suggests in John 10:34-6, to the way the word proceeded which was established in the wilderness with Moses and Aaron. For examples, Exodus 7:1-2 and Exodus 4:15-16.

And in Deuteronomy 8.2 thou shalt remember all the way that the Lord led thee these forty years in the wilderness, is followed up with reference to the way established in the wilderness by Moses and Aaron at the testing of hunger, see Exodus 16:4,

wherefrom the lesson becomes Deuteronomy 8:3 - the children of God live not by bread only, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouht of the lord (aka the divine oracles). And Jesus in Matthew 4:4 cites part of Deuteronomy 8:3. And so on. Just a suggestion.
