Mustang

I just adopted a yearling Mustang a week ago and am amazed at how fast he has gentled. He is leading and letting me brush him all over. I can even throw a tarp over him without him hardly batting an eye. I contacted the BLM facility where I adopted him from and they assured me he had not been previously handled. Anyone else have experience with Mustangs?

i have some but i think i am a novice with them but they are spirited horses and smart i have not been around them for awhile but what i remember they need lots of tlc where did they originate xx w

I commend you for taking on this project! I have no experience with them, but it is my understanding that once they trust you they are in your pocket!
