People tell me I have "Spring in My Step" and I tell them since I started practicing yoga three years ago my body and mind have lost about twenty years or more of anxiety,stress and gained flexibility, balance, toning and a walk of a much younger person. It has also changed my skin from being drab to alive and soft, a glow that I would only get in the past with blush. The medicines and vitamins I used to take for stiffness in the arms and legs are not needed.
Am I an advocate for yoga? Absolutely! In my book "it means free and easy healthy medicine for our mind, body and soul" I love being a pretzel at times.....
