I am divorced for 2 years and I am so comfortable with that! I am not looking for dates or intimate friends! I have recently started going to church because my faith keeps me going. I was always told growing up to put things in Gods hands, and hope for the best! I have made some major mistakes along the way, but that's in the past! What I am looking for is the ultimate peace I can achieve for myself! Just like I told a new friend of mine----Life is short, break the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that makes you smile!!!!!!!

Sure you can use it---the quote was given to me from my closest and dearest friend and I think it's beautiful!! From what she said, she found it in a book she was reading! Please---share it with your friends!!!

I'm single, never have been married and have no children. I'm tired of being seen by those outside my circle of friends and family as an oddity or failure.

I am single because I choose not to go for a guy, just to be with a guy. I was in a wonderful relationship and he passed away 6yrs ago. I'm not closed to meeting someone, I simply won't "settle".

I am solid on my own, happy and while I do want more - in terms of work and where I live - I am content.

Life is very short. My b/f and I were together 2yrs and we didn't waste one moment. Thank goodness. Because our time together was far too short.

SFCO you sound really happy - I agree, get out and enjoy life, its so worth it. :)
