Went to Paris last July and had a lot of fun there.

good job on the cropping...it is a pain to do that on here!

I was in paris for 5 hours a couple of years ago. We packed a lot into 5 hours too! Went to Notre Dame, walked along the river, did a little sightseeing then had lunch al fresco in one of the restaurants in that little plaza at the Louvre (near the pyramid). I forgot the name of the restaurant unfortunately because the food was great. It turns out you can do a lot during a 6 hour airport layover if you're determined.

We were on our way to Milan (business trip but we still had a great time there too) and had to layover in Paris for 6 hours. When we saw that we could catch the train right there at the airport we took all of 5 seconds to agree to go sightseeing lol. It was fantastic and I hope to get back for a real visit sometime, maybe actually even go iside the Louvre!

I've been all over France and traveled there on three separate occasions and loved it each time. Very much a francophile.

What is really funny is that our people think that the White House is impressive. Jeeze.... This....Vaux-le-Vicomte is soooo much more important.
