I think I am having a fashion identity crisis. Maybe this is because another birthday is near and I am even closer to the big (can hardly say it) 5-0. I find that when I am shopping there is no "department" for me. In my mind clothes in the store seem suited for teens, 20s/30s or someones grandmother. Where is the department for the woman in her late 40s who feels like she is in her mid 30s and doesnt want to embarrass herself by buying clothes that make her look old and mommy-like or like she borrowed from a niece's closet? Why are clothes that rock for this age so much harder to identify in the store?
