We all have one from our childhood...(even if ya' didn't like em) and then sometimes it changes as a teen.
Ms. Hall just took me back when she mentioned my brother's nickname. My brother Aaron's nickname was Boogaloo. Mine was Pooh Pooh (my dad gave those to us). My father's people all had nicknames. My dad's was Spade...his siblings...were, Spanky, Shorty & Bumpy.
When I became a teen I shook that one off...and I was Coqui or Kan. Once my father passed I took his name because I'm his spitting image Spade. But, my brother still calls me pooh pooh when he sees me. It takes us back to when daddy was alive.
What was your nickname and what is it now? If ya' don't have one...we can surely give ya' one....tee he he!
