I've heard it, usually on event schedules. TBD to be determine or sometimes TBA to be announced.
In this case I believe the tbd alludes to what the hell are we doing with the rest of our lives. LOL
I'm sure there is some mission statement or purpose statement somewhere which spells it all out.
