Road bike: ride to work, recreational rides (30 - 120miles) , ride downtown for dinner out, cycling vacations (all over Netherlands, Victoria, Yosemite, San Diego).

Track bike / fixie: velodrome racing, ride to work, ride downtown.

Mountain bike: gnarly off-road trials, Mt. Hood, Tillamook National Forest.

Recreation, fitness and racing

My wife and I have participated in several multi-day bike tours. Two of which were RAGBRAI in Iowa and GOBA in Ohio. We also participate in the MS 150 bike tour called "Pedal to the Point" in Ohio.

One of my favorite rides has been the MS150 in Colorado from Denver to the Royal Gorge bridge. Very challenging but also includes beautiful scenery and great comaraderie
