You are correct when you say life is and can be fun as a single person, no doubt and your post is inspirational. I do all sorts things and have plans that most marrieds couldnt do. My life did stop, well it slowed down for a while after my divorce but its a learning process to learn to live alone again, be content and enjoy it. Something that one who has never been through it could fully comprehend i think...

There are times when i have have said to myself..oh my god..I havent spoken to a human in 3 days and i do have many friends, family (all married) and im not a quiet guy but when one lives alone, works primarily alone, there are times that damn it I just want to ask a SO how the hell their day was today while preparing a meal together or something....I tend sometimes to miss some of the things about coupled life, its when we remain in that state its unhealthy i think..So unhappy? I am sooo not..But that being said i do think it is one of the challenges to being single

Hello! I'm new here so I hope I'm doing this right! :D

I'm a single mom... I've been single for a while now! And I have to say, I enjoy the "freedom" of being single...

However, just as Anthony mentions it, sometimes, I long to share moments with that certain someone... Share walks, or even coffee and chat about anything and everything...or say nothing... lol...

Sometimes, I think that sharing responsibility is what I miss the most, I miss to have someone that supports me! smiles...
