I love Janet Evanovich. Just finished reading the new book --Fearless Fourteen. I love all the characters. It's nice to have something to read that's so simple and entertaining. I laught outloud when I read them. My husband loves them too, so I can never tell him what I'm laughing about because he wants to read it too. Then he'll read it and laugh outloud too. Keep reading. You've got more enjoyment to come.

The two of you made me realize I hadn't know about Fearless Fourteen so I requested it at the library. I'm 462 in line. Geeeeez. I'll be reading it around Christmas. That's how good her books are.

I love the Stephanie Plum series. I have read through the 13th. I have my name on a list at the library for the 14th (that was just released this June). Stephanie gets herself into some of the funniest situations. My favorite is Ranger.

My wife started reading the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich a few years ago. I phoned her from a Seattle used book store and asked her which ones she needed and bought them for her. While I was standing in line at the airport I was reading one for lack of anything to do and burst into laughter. The lady in front of me was startled and turned around, saw the book and said, "Oh, now I know why you're laughing". She told me she loved Evanovich and then others started to join in the conversation. We ended up in a "book club" discussion while we all waited in line and then waiting for the layover. Everything they talked about made me want to read more. By the time I arrived home I had read one of the books and was hooked. Since then we've read them all. She just finished 14 and I just started it. We savor it like good chocolate.

My husband loves them too. I usually sit down and read one from front to back in one sitting, laughing all the time. Then he gets it and I hear him laughing too. They are so enjoyable--a nice easy read that seems to just brighten your day.

My husband and I also are Plum fans. The 14th was only slightly disappointing because there wasn't enough back and forth ie: Morelli v Ranger. I just LOVE Grandma. I picture her being played by the old Lady on Golden Girls!

If they ever make any movies out of the Stephanie Plum books....you're the grandma should be the old lady from the Golden Girls. Ranger should be John Abraham (check him out on line)!
