Eating tuna and other types of fish may help lower the risk of cognitive decline and stroke in healthy older adults, according to a new study.
This reinforces previous work in the area. The part that's new to me is that fried fish loses the effect. Guess I'll have to hope Mrs Paul's uses salmon, mackerel, herring, sardines, and anchovies.
