I've got a few bellydance routines in my set tonight. I'm teaching my first hip hop class, actually subbing it for a friend and she said it would be fine to do a mix of hip hop and some of my Zumba routines. Choreographed/practiced two bellydance routines last night and they really work one of my problem areas...my backside. I can feel it this morning.
Got me thinking about bellydance, TBD and wondering if any other ladies bellydance for fun or fitness here?
