I did it! I made my "goal" weight of 155 lbs by July 4th weekend!
However, now that I made it ... I realize that I should not quit. I would still like to loose a few more pounds (at least 5 more) and then go into maintainance mode.
Because of time, I have been concentrating on cardio (5x/week) and not weight-training. I found I couldn't do both.
So, once I drop another 5lbs or so, I'll do cardio 3x/week and add in weight-training 2-3x/week again. That means, I should "gain" some weight but it will be "muscle" weight not fat!
Anyway, just wanted to share some good news ... I DID IT!
