Anybody out there do a lot of running. I average 40 miles a week with the objective of keeping Marathon fit so that if I get the urge to run one I have very little training to do.
Generally I find that it helps me to get through the tough days, I try and set up runs with friends on as many days of the week that I can and in different places, usually at parks or on bike trails.
