I'm not talking about pink dumblells and stability balls here. I mean barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, etc.
This by no means excludes the women, either.
If you do, tell us how you like to train.
For me, I enjoy doing the Olympic lifts, the snatch and clean and jerk with the exercises that supplement them. I do powerlifting lifts like the deadlift and squat. I have also been lifting kettlebells and sandbags.
