I don't know about you, but I just started getting back at it, and we have a great gym that we belong to, with good equipment, even though it's pretty crowded at times. . . .but here' s the deal, do you go every day? Every other? What do you do? and how do you vary your exercises? I do the eliptical dealy bob, and go for about 2.25 miles and burn about 450 calories and I have dropped a few lbs. which always feels great, but today I'm taking the day off, and feeling a little guilty about it. . . anyone else feel this way?
Anyway, if you have some advice for someone like me, who is just breaking the sedentary / inertia wall, and is making some progress, but needs some pointers, please do let me know, and Thanks ahead.
