With the school year quickly approaching, I know that my opportunities to get into the gym will be few and far between. It's just not the place I want to take my kids, and I worry about them while I'm there to the point of distraction. I think I am physically ready and able to handle running.
Does anyone have any pointers on shoe selection, where to run, flat vs. sloping, anything that might be of help?
