While in another thread about running, it occurred to me that it might be helpful for both veteran and beginning runners alike to post their running schedule or plan, and then blog after each outing to share our experiences...both good and bad. My thoughts were that perhaps we can get support where we need it, and share support with others who would welcome helpful advice as well.
I'll start with my goal (and hope others will do the same). I plan on running the Las Vegas Marathon in December and possibly the San Antonio Marathon in November. I started my training the week before last with short runs on Tues., Wed. and Thursdays, and my long runs on Saturday. Then, biking on Sunday.
