It all started with trying to get my son to eat better. I needed a better mac and cheese. But I found Bertoli macaroni made with chic pea flour. It is awesome! Takes a bit longer to cook than regular pasta but tastes great and really hold up to water. It's also filled with good stuff. Pasta with protien. I'll never eat regular pasta again. So now, I boil the chic pea pasta, add a couple of slices of lowfat american cheese (real cheese, not cheese food) and some shredded cheddar with a bit of butter and milk. YUM Anyone else have a good food to share?
