I'm looking at four soaking wet suitcases from our trip (some time between dropping them off at LAX yesterday and arriving at Seattle last night the suitcases must've dropped into Lake Washington) and thinking about unpacking, Christmas cards, gifts, read mail, cancel this and that...and skip the morning workout.
Although on vacation I managed to get to the fitness room/work out every day. I have to say if you didn't get to the fitness room on the cruise ship before 7am every single cardio machine was taken. The weight room was packed, the cardio and yoga classes were packed as well.
I just got my latest Zumba instructor DVD so I think I'll pop it in and try to learn some new cardio routines while unpacking and putting the house back together.
Just curious how others are doing this holiday season keeping up with their fitness plans?
