My kick in the pants workout today was a Drums Alive! class. SIgned up for an all day fitness class sampler (45 min classes) and thankfully Drums Alive was first--needed all my energy for it. I've been intrigued about this class for some time, watched youtube videos (which didn't do a live class justice) and so glad I gave it a try.
Total calorie burn and 45 minutes of sweaty fun. I even got a move named after me. Not sure if that's a good thing but what the heck. Zumba meets drumming.
Hope to bring this class to our gym soon.
