OK, I don't have a bicycle and I think my knees are becoming a little too cranky to ride one.
I walk a lot and do yoga and pilates... however, what I want is a simple effective way to tone up the muscles in my upper legs.
Can anyone help with an exercise that won't damage, or put too much strain on my knees?
