What are you eating for breakfast these days? Have foods that work well, are healthy and keep you full?
I was eating Jimmy Dean Dlights for about a month. Those little processed ditties run from 230-250 calories which I thought was about right for starting my day. Turkey sausage or Canadian bacon, egg white, english muffin. Somehow I knew I could do better than JD.
Now i'm on an egg white, fresh salsa (I have a tub of it from Costco to eat), whole grain toast and Smart Balance faux butter kick, plus a fish oil pill (yumm). I have some friends that have a few TBLs full of yogurt, some have 3 dried apricots and 4 almonds, some coffee.
What do you do? What's best before a morning workout? I eat about 1.5 hours before class.
