Just curious if you've had one. Also with the discussion of the importance of weight training, part of that is as we age it helps strengthen the bones, right? Besides it gives us incredible looking arms and absolutely no jiggle when you wave hello to people (kimono arms goodbye).
One of my friends who is 70 fell down on the ice in front of her house and I couldn't believe she didn't get hurt. I didn't even want her to try and stand up. Well she was fine.
She joins me in Jazzercise classes which include toning (light weights and exertubes) in each class. Her doc told her Jazzercise and the toning really helped protect her in that fall to escape injury.
