I am having trouble getting back into a good rhythm with my work outs. I am stuck and I am not sure why. I have goals in the future to look forward to but I am not motivated to get going on a good plan. Last year was great I had goals, short and long term, met most of them and worked my program. This year after a terrible accident in the beginning of the year I have not bounced back. I have gained weight and lost fitness. Does anyone have anything that could catapult me into my routine again? Thanks for reading.
