Maybe someone here can help me. I've been working out for 6 weeks now at a local health center. And I mean WORKING OUT. At least 1000 calories burned per session three times a week. Treadmill, swimming, Cybex, and weight lifting. I'm eating a high fiber diet, taking extra protein and staying off all of the crap fast foods. Yet, after 6 weeks of grueling exercise and eating properly, I've only lost 5 pounds. I'm tired all the time and can barely make it through a day.
I'm sick of the exhaustion and I need some advice. My feeling is that i'm not taking in enough energy foods to keep me alert and less tired. It's almost like I'm going to have to eat more to lose more wieght if that makes any sense. Any help out there? I still need to lose 30 pounds.
