George: You make an excellent point that the star that once was so bright has flamed out. I agree, I had very little emotion left about this trial and I guess it is like a lot of news coverage that just doesn't end. For heaven's sake isn't there something else more noteworthy of putting on the front page. My personal philosophy is not an eye for an eye and I think there is an extremely fine line between justice and revenge. I would rather have the guy on house arrest, make him work and have his salary pay the family what has been decreed by law. And really what does that really say. The man is very ill and I think nothing more than a product of our society that honors a 15 year old and makes her a billion dollars while teachers need food stamps. To put it as simply as I can something ain't right! I feel like this is what you are saying, forgive me if I got it all backwards. Peace and good workouts for you!

Justice is still justice. Whether I am still interested or not, it seems fitting that that man would be locked up for the things he's done in his life. Sure there may be a better way for him to make ammends, but it doesn't seem that making ammends is his intent. Somewhere along the way he went bad, and unless he has some real consequences, like prison, he'll probably stay that way.
