I switched from the treadmill to running around the outer track of the workout facility where I do my training. It beats the treadmill hands down.
Having said that, although it seemed a little easier to work the program, I still have incredible lactic acid buildup in my calves. That has to improve if I'm going to continue this regimen.
As I was running around the track, I gave up my music on the iPod and concentrated on my running/walking routine. It was fun watching the people in the inner circle struggling with their exercises, in particular, this buttflake who was trying to show off to his girlfriend only to beg for a spot when he couldn't lift the weight. What a blast!
