I recently started learning Tai Chi. I am taking a Tai Chi class locally. As I get older and more mobile I find that my body & mind usage became repetitive . Since I site in a car approx. 2 to 3 hours a day I did some research and found that Tai Chi may be my savior. I am enjoying it. I think it should be a serious consideration for us over 40 and especially over 50. Google Tai Chi and you will find lots of information. Here are some of the links, if you are interested.
